With a background as a licensed physical therapist, certified life coach, wellness coordinator, and motivational speaker, Andrea blends science and soul in all she teaches.

She’s also a proud mom, wellness writer, and someone who’s turned personal hardship into purpose. Her philosophy is simple: Change your mindset, change your energy, change your life.

In her new book Loving Yourself Back To Life Andrea Tait, Wellness and Life Coach, shares a powerful (and deeply personal) story about what happens when a woman allows being overwhelmed and stressed to control her life. In the author's case, it was a heart attack when she was only 48 years old!
