Hi, I'm Andrea — I help teens and parents navigate stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm with compassion, clarity, and real tools that work.

FAQs

Is this therapy?

No. This is a self-guided wellness and education experience to support emotional regulation and mental well-being. It is not a substitute for therapy.

Is this appropriate for teens who are really struggling?

The Reset is gentle, accessible, and trauma-informed — but it’s not designed to treat acute mental health crises or replace professional care. If your teen is experiencing severe depression, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts, please seek immediate professional support or emergency services.

What age is this designed for?

The program is best suited for teens ages 13–18. It’s written in an age-appropriate, relatable tone — without being too “kiddie” or too advanced. Older or emotionally mature tweens may also benefit with parental guidance.

How much time does it take each day?

Each day includes a short 5–10 minute video and one simple action step or reflection prompt. Teens can move at their own pace — daily, every other day, or whatever feels manageable.

Will I have access as a parent?

You’ll receive a basic parent overview at the start, and you’re welcome to walk through the program alongside your teen or give them space to go through it independently. There’s also an optional email list for parents with supportive tips during the 21 days.

How is this different from a typical mindfulness or stress course?

This program blends nervous system education, mental wellness tools, and relatable teen support. It’s not just about relaxation — it helps teens understand why they feel overwhelmed and gives them language, practices, and confidence to navigate it.

Do I need to supervise or do anything during the program?

No direct supervision is needed. However, your support and encouragement can make a big difference. Some families check in once a week to talk about what their teen is learning or noticing.
