FAQs
What is the "Mental Health Reset" program?
The 21 Day program is designed to provide individuals with the tools and support needed to manage their mental health, develop healthier habits, and cultivate a more balanced, positive mindset. It focuses on resetting mental habits, shifting perspectives, and adjusting emotional responses to improve overall well-being. Over the course of 21 days, you'll receive daily emails, each including a video that explains that day's concept.
Define mental health and What is the difference between mental health and mental illness?
Mental health is a broad concept that everyone has, referring to our general emotional and psychological well-being. Mental illness, however, refers to specific conditions or diagnoses that may require professional treatment or care. While the terms "mental health" and "mental illness" are sometimes used interchangeably, they have different meanings. Mental health describes anyone's emotional and mental state, whereas mental illnesses are diagnosed conditions that affect thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. While everyone may experience periods of poor mental health, not everyone has a mental illness. Conversely, someone with a mental illness can still achieve good mental health with the right support and treatment.
